📦 Prima Kind Shipping Policy

We ship all orders from our New Jersey warehouse with care and intention. Below is everything you need to know about how your pieces travel from us to you.

Order Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. During high-volume periods or holidays, processing may take a little longer. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

In rare cases where products ship from our overseas production partners, delivery times may vary. Customs clearance, border inspections, and local carrier processing can extend transit times. We appreciate your patience during these situations.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We currently ship within the U.S. only.

Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can follow your package’s journey right to your doorstep.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please check with neighbors or your local carrier first. If it’s still missing, contact us at info@primakind.com — we’ll help investigate.

Shipping Limitations We do not ship to PO boxes or international addresses at this time. We’re working on expanding our reach soon.
