Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return window from the day your piece arrives. If something doesn’t feel quite right — whether it’s the fit or a rare quality issue — we’re here to make it better.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. Just email us at info@primakind.com to begin — we’ll guide you through every step with care.

Our garments are crafted in limited quantities by women artisans who pour their dreams into every stitch. Because of the nature of our fabrics and the intimate quality of our pieces, we don’t resell returned items without a full rewash and re-iron — for hygiene and integrity. That’s why we ask our primas to return only when truly necessary.

If a return is approved, we’ll share instructions and ask you to send it to our return warehouse in New Jersey. Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll issue a refund for the garment price to your original payment method. Please note: return shipping costs are not covered, and we do not refund shipping fees.

Damages & Issues
We kindly ask you to inspect your order when it arrives. If anything looks damaged, defective, or isn’t what you expected, please reach out to us right away at info@primakind.com. We’ll take care of it and do our best to make things right.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
While we want every Prima to feel confident in her purchase, there are a few items we cannot accept for return due to hygiene reasons. This includes underwear, bikinis, bodysuits, or any garment designed to be worn close to the body. These pieces are final sale and non-returnable.

Exchanges We currently offer exchanges only for the same style in a different size, based on availability. If you need a different size, just email us at info@primakind.com to start the process — we’ll check stock and guide you from there.

If the size you need isn’t available, we recommend returning your item and placing a new order for a different style or fit. We’re always here to help you find the piece that feels just right.


Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s been approved. If approved, we’ll refund the garment price to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note: shipping costs are not refundable.

It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, feel free to reach out to us at info@primakind.com — we’re here to help.
